In the Kitchen: testing the Philips Airfryer XL
Preparing a sumptuous and healthy meal can be challenging, especially with the busy schedules of today’s modern families. According to research by the University of NSW, Australian parents are working longer hours in the office and at home combined than mums and dads in any other country.
Michelle tested the Philips Airfryer XL making delicious potato wedges, which she made using sweet potato instead of traditional potato chips. ‘The kids loved the wedges as an afternoon treat after school, and I didn’t feel bad serving them’ said Michelle. Functional yet fun, the innovative Philips Airfryer XL can help busy parents serve healthier, yet still delicious family favourites with a great tasting crispy result and any excess fat drained away!
‘The Airfryer is really easy to use, and so quick, best of all the clean up time only took moments’ adds Michelle. With the Airfryer’s patented Rapid Air technology, you can now depend on air to cook great-tasting fried food that contains up to 80 percent less fat.
