The second planned offshoot show from Taylor Sheridan’s Yellowstone, titled 1932, features Helen Mirren and Harrison Ford are playing Cara and Jacob Dutton, owners of the largest cattle ranch in Montana.
“The next Yellowstone origin story will introduce a new generation of the Dutton family and explore the early twentieth century when pandemics, historic drought, the end of Prohibition, and the Great Depression all plague the mountain west, and the Duttons who call it home,” they shared.
Alongside Mirren and Ford, the new Yellowstone spinoff also stars Brandon Sklenar, Darren Mann, Michelle Randolph, James Badge Dale, and Mary Shelton, Brian Geraghty, Aminah Nieves, Julia Schlaepfer, and Jerome Flynn.
The project follows on from previous spinoff 1883, which stars Sam Elliott, Tim McGraw and Faith Hill.
Original show, Yellowstone, which recently received its first Screen Actors Guild Award and Producers Guild Award nominations, features the likes of Kevin Costner and Luke Grimes.
1923 is available to stream on Neon and Stan.
