Healthy Menu Revamped at The Grounds
Located in a former industrial precinct from the 1920s, The Grounds of Alexandria is a landmark coffee roastery, café and sustainable garden known for its abundance of fresh produce and hands-on experiences.

When The Grounds of Alexandria launched almost 6 years ago, their revolutionary approach to hospitality paved a new era in Australia’s cafe culture. From the Garden, festooned with grapevines, florals, produce and greenery, to the buzzing Cafe, serving in-house roasted coffee and fresh-baked goods, cafes across the country followed suit, hoping to grasp similar success.

Now, The Grounds are reinventing the food space again, unveiling a new and innovative menu across their venues. Group Executive Chef, Paul McGrath, one of Australia’s most talented chefs, concocted a menu that will alter the perception that dining-out means breaking a diet, or that clean, healthy food lacks flavour and beauty.

McGrath’s extensive background working with organic and sustainably sourced produce and a penchant for plating exquisitely styled dishes, teamed with The Grounds’ constant innovation, spurred a new style of menu to appeal to even the most health conscious.
