The week hasn’t gone quite to plan for the Royal family, after Prince Harry and Meghan’s shock resignation yesterday. However, that didn’t stop the Royal family celebrating Kate Middleton’s 38th birthday.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex commented on the Kensington Royal post to send their birthday message to Kate.
“Wishing a very happy birthday to The Duchess of Cambridge today!” wrote the couple, followed by the appropriately festive usage of the cake and red heart emoji.
Princess Eugenie was photographed arriving at Kensington Palace earlier today for a birthday celebration.
