Prince Harry was snapped playing with two-year-old Emily Henson in the crowds at the Invictus Games last night. The prince joked around with the young girl, who is the daughter of Paralympian David Henson, pulling faces at her when she tried to steal his popcorn.
After losing both his legs from an IED explosion in Afghanistan in 2011, Hensen went on to win bronze at the 2016 Paralympics. He and his wife Hayley sat with Harry, 33, during the Denmark v. UK volleyball match.
Soon to have a third niece or nephew when the Duchess of Cambridge gives birth next year, Harry expressed his enjoyment at spending time with children. “I think the key to that is to be able to grow up, but also be able to stay in touch with your childhood side,” he told the Daily Mail.
Harry has been at the Invictus Games since Saturday, and appeared in his first public outing with girlfriend Meghan Markle on September 25th.
