Spanning everything from fine dining dinners to free family-friendly outdoor events (like the ever-popular Night Noodle Markets), The Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Month presented by Citi will make its triumphant return to Sydney and regional NSW in October, before heading to Melbourne as The Age Good Food Month in November. Satellite events will also take place in participating Queensland and Canberra restaurants as part of the Hats Off Dinners and Let’s Do Lunch set menus.
Included on the roster of esteemed celebrity chefs this year is former best restaurant in the world chef Rene Redzepi from Copenhagen’s Noma restaurant, and Sao Paolo (Brazil chef Alex Atala.
Other Good Food Month events include Good Pub Grub, Bar Hop cocktail and bar snack combinations, Ultimate High Teas, plus plenty of pop-ups, parties and hands-on cooking classes.
