George Clooney’s favourite summer cocktail

Summer is the perfect time to enjoy a delicious cocktail with friends! Try this new Kiwi Mint cocktail recipe – courtesy of George Clooney’s Casamigos.
 
Kiwi Mint

60 ml Casamigos Blanco Tequila

30 ml Kiwi Puree

15 ml Fresh Lemon Juice

15 ml Simple Syrup

8-10 Mint Leaves

Top off with Soda Water

Combine all ingredients, except soda water into tin shaker. Muddle herbs, add ice and shake vigorously. Fine strain into a tall glass and add fresh ice and crushed ice at top. Garnish with kiwi slice and mint sprig.

One of the best ways to serve Casamigos is in chilled cocktails and – for a fun twist – in frozen popsicles flavoured with fresh, seasonal ingredients and mixers.

George Clooney is currently Hollywood’s highest paid actor according to Forbes. The actor made an incredible US$ 236 million thanks to the purchase of his co-founded tequila company, Casamigos, to British liquor company Diageo for around UD$ 700 million.
