Lights, cameras, fashion! Australian Fashion Week is back. 

Sydney is abuzz this week as fashion designers from emerging talent to the country’s biggest names gather to showcase new collections.

Running from May 11 to 15, the schedule of fashion shows presents new looks to gathered media, buyers and celebrity attendees to promote upcoming releases from each brand.

Among those presenting ranges this week are Carla Zampatti, Toni Maticevski, Aje, Bianca Spender, Beare Park, Karla Špetić, Lee Matthews and Gary Bigeni.

Stylish attendees will appreciate a new backdrop this year. The event has wrapped up 13 years at industrial venue Carriageworks, moving to the more fittingly chic Museum of Contemporary Art on the city’s waterfront, so expect lots of street style outfit shots with iconic backdrops including the Sydney Opera House.
