Vine Double Bay is hosting a sumptuous five course meal as part of the Origins Dinner Series.
Chefs Drew and Elijah Holland have spent the past few weeks foraging for native ingredients to showcase the abundance of local produce in their menu.
The pair have been busy pickling, preserving, fermenting and curing their findings, creating a unique dinner they hope will reconnect diners with their environments and promote sustainable produce.
