Between noon and 4pm every Sunday, the luxury emporium’s stylish bar is offering a delicious pairing of gourmet nigiri and champagne.
Crafted by Anthony Price, the chef behind the popular Private Fine Dining, the ‘Omakase’ menu (translating to ‘trust the chef’), features a decadent nigiri box with a selection of gastronomical delights.
Sample bites like blowtorched A4 Wagyu beefo with crayfish aioli, New Zealand kingfish, deep-water scampi, Hokkaido scallop and cuttlefish ink tamagoyaki with Oscietra caviar, perfectly paired with a flute of Veuve Clicquot La Grande Dame 2008.
