The admirers of Harry and Meghan are from the Sussex Great Forest campaign, which was created last year to celebrate the couple’s conservation work.
Campaigners originally pledged to plant 10,000 trees, but that goal has long been surpassed. More than 115,000 trees have now been planted.

As the video shows, the scale of the project is incredibly impressive, and it's delightful to see the Sussexes inspiring positive change around the world.” #SussexGreatForest pic.twitter.com/RkklF43Rvi— Sussex Great Forest (@SussexGtForest) May 25, 2020
The Sussexes have previously expressed their gratitude for the campaign, posting a message of thanks on their Instagram stories.
“Huge thanks to the amazing group of people who have launched the grassroots Sussex Great Forest initiative. What a special surprise!” they said.
”The aim of this project is to plant 10,000 trees around the world by donating globally and planting locally. We are so inspired! Thank you!”
