She eats clean
Emilia doesn’t follow a strict diet but tries to eat clean whenever possible. The star looks to fitness expert and author of Clean and Lean For Life: The Cookbook James Duigan in her approach to food, choosing a balanced philosophy which allows for occasional indulgences. “Allow me to introduce the key to my very happy kitchen. This book. And this dude [that] wrote it,” the star wrote in an Instagram caption about James’ book.
She focuses on interval training
It’s no secret that Emilia has a busy schedule, so making a committed exercise regime work is difficult. As per trainer Duigan’s recommendation, Emilia does bodyweight interval training consisting of squats, lunges, planks, push-ups and more. The star also uses resistance bands to increase power and engages in healthy exercises outside of her routine, such as scuba diving and taking her dog Roxy for a walk.
