Drop of the Week: Gilbert Rosé Saignée 2016
This week we're sipping on this delightfully delicate rosé and dreaming of summer.

This peach-coloured dream is a wonderful celebration of everything we love about the warmer months.

Harvested from Sangiovese, Shiraz and Barbera vines from Mudgee and Orange, the Gilbert by Simon Gilbert Rosé Saignée is refined and rich, without being overpowering.

The elegant wine has hints of subtle strawberry and nettle leaf aromas with rhubarb and pink grapefruit making an appearance on the fine palate.

Dry and slurpable, this rosé is a must-have for spring/summer entertaining and is a perfect addition to any charcuterie/cheese board or seafood paella.

Enjoy!
