Head down to 33C Falcon Street, Parnell this Friday 28th July to check it out.

Colette to close after 20 Years

Parisian concept boutique Colette is set to close its doors this December, twenty years after its opening in 1997.

The three-story boutique, created by Colette Rousseaux and managed by her daughter, Sarah Andelman, has been a game-changer in the fashion industry. Colette is known for its unusual collaborations and extraordinary variety of stock, which ranges from premium designer goods and street-wear to literature, music and toys.

Colette has maintained its status as fashion influencer for two decades, garnering acclaim from prominent celebrities and fashion designers like Karl Lagerfield, who said it is “the only shop where I go because they have things no one else has.”

The boutique released a statement on Instagram last week explaining the decision to close. “All good things must come to an end… Colette Rousseaux has reached the time when she would like to take her time, and Colette cannot exist without Colette.”
