Deadly Ponies has teamed up with bespoke Parisian jeweller Atelier Paulin to bring its first jewellery collection to life. The hand-tempered brass hardware that features in Deadly Ponies’ new collection, Grande Familia, served as the inspiration. “When I was designing the collection I was thinking it would be great to bend brass into letters or words,” says founder Liam Bowden. “We researched how to do it and there happened to be a French company already doing it and they were super keen to work with us.” The collaborative collection features bracelets and pins that have been individually handcrafted in the turned and twisted technique.
The collection has been launched with three key pieces: a fine bracelet, clothing pin and a woolen felt hat with pin adornment. Each piece is offered in either ‘Deadly’ or ‘Ponies’ crafted from 14kt gold, sterling silver, or 18kt gold-plated precious thread. You can shop them here now.
