As part of this years Melbourne Food and Wine Festival Albert Park’s contemporary Indian restaurant, Atta, will host a special event celebrating the colour, vibrancy and flavours of India. Changing the Perception will take place on 18, 20 and 21 March and will feature eight divine courses with matched wines also available.
Changing the Perception is an evolution of the Atta ethos, which invites diners to experience Indian cuisine in a way they haven’t before. Think coriander and carrot infused oil, smoked meats and liquid nitrogen.
Matched wines will be supplied from the likes of Laurent Perrier, Pizzini, Medhurst and Paringa Estate. The premium wines will be paired with dishes such as sous vide duck with rasam consomme and carrot and coriander infused olive oil drops as well as betel leaf, cabbage and tandoori chicken foogath with raspberry gels.
