The lights of the French capital shone a little brighter on Monday night as global beauty powerhouse L’Oréal Paris kicked off Paris Fashion Week with an unforgettable spectacle.
Set against the breathtaking, illuminated backdrop of the Eiffel Tower, the brand’s annual runway show delivered a powerful celebration of beauty, diversity, and female empowerment.
The undeniable crescendo of the evening came courtesy of global pop icon Celine Dion, who made a surprise guest appearance to close out the show. Eliciting roaring applause from the fashion elite, Dion—who is currently in Paris for a highly anticipated series of concerts—commanded the catwalk with her signature grace and theatrical flair.

Having been named a global brand ambassador for L’Oréal Paris in 2019, her triumphant return to the runway felt both poignant and perfectly aligned with the brand’s enduring message of resilience and self-worth.

A Celebration of Unapologetic Womanhood
L’Oréal has long championed inclusivity, and this season’s casting was a physical manifestation of that ethos, proving that beauty transcends age, background, and ability.
The star-studded lineup saw supermodels Kendall Jenner and Heidi Klum sashaying down the runway alongside beloved cinematic icons Andie MacDowell and Emily in Paris star Philippine Leroy-Beaulieu, who brought effortless French-girl chic to the evening. The runway also celebrated the beauty of strength and athleticism, featuring powerful walks from US Olympic skiing legend Lindsey Vonn and inspirational Italian Paralympic fencing champion Beatrice Vio.

Accessible Luxury on a Global Scale
Beyond the glamour of the Eiffel Tower, the event underscored L’Oréal Paris’ massive global footprint and evolving brand identity. As the largest brand within the L’Oréal group, it reaches a staggering 600 million consumers worldwide. Recently, the brand was named the biggest contributor to the group’s overall growth in the first half of the year.
This financial success is largely driven by a wave of high-performance product innovations. According to Laetitia Toupet, the brand’s global president, L’Oréal Paris is seeing massive gains in its haircare division—which is currently growing four times faster than the broader market—as well as viral makeup essentials like the best-selling Infallible 3-Second Setting Spray.
The secret to this growth lies in bridging the gap between high-end aspiration and everyday accessibility.
“While we are increasingly adopting codes to elevate the brand and make it more luxurious, we always remain close to women around the world,” Toupet told Reuters ahead of the spectacular event.
By blending Parisian couture elegance with drugstore accessibility, L’Oréal Paris continues to prove that feeling beautiful—and feeling “worth it”—is a luxury everyone deserves to experience.
