Bringing together over 70 organic wines poured by more than 25 of Aotearoa’s best producers, Down to Earth promises beautiful wine alongside thoughtful food served in a vibrant atmosphere.
With two events taking place, Down to Earth returns for the second time to Auckland on 19 September and is being presented in Wellington for the first time on 17 September.
Tickets are $71 with all wine and food included. MiNDFOOD is giving away tickets to Down to Earth – enter the competition here.
Organic Wine Week takes place from 16-22 September and comprises festivities around the country that celebrate all things organic wine.
The seven-day celebration was established in 2017 by Organic Winegrowers NZ, a grower-led organisation dedicated to supporting organic winegrowing.
The organisation shares New Zealand organic and biodynamically grown wines with the world, and engages in research, education and networking to help growers thrive organically.
Currenlty 16 per cent of New Zealand wineries have at least one organic label, including many of the country’s most respected and awarded wine producers.
