Australian label Camilla & Marc decided to forgo a large-scale show this Australian fashion week.
Instead, creative Directors Camilla Freeman-Topper and Marc Freeman hosted an intimate Pre-Fall ‘26 presentation and dinner off-schedule prior to the main week’s events kicking off. The design duo invited stylish guests from across the industry, media and creators to celebrate the arrival of the new range, that landed in stores following the event.
Models were dressed inthe Pre-Fall ‘26 collection and staged in a presentation of 10 looks before weaving through guests.
In the label’s signature minimalist nature, the rich, chocolate and burgundy tones and simple neutrals of each garment were bought to life through the texture and gently reflective weave of the sumptuous fabrics featured.
The elevated glamour included a strong beauty look with makeup by Sean Brady for Byredo, and hair by Diane Gorgievski using Redken. Shiny and swept-back locks and a statement plum-red lip moment further anchored the fashion mood and helped set the scene for the chic event.
Guests including Maddison Brown, Jessica Gomes, Candice Lake, Montana Cox, Victoria Lee, Jessica Kawahaty, Kylah Day, Liv Pollock and Pip Edwards, who gathered for a stylish dinner featuring Barons’ signature banquet.
And while fashion is all very chic, guests enjoyed a home-spun moment on departure. A delicately wrapped meringue was a sweet treat to-go, created using a cherished family recipe by the late Pamela Freeman, mother of the label’s founders.
