Best New Beauty: NUORI

Bespoke Danish skincare NUORI is making its anticipated New Zealand at WORLD. An extended shelf life for skincare usually equates a handful of unwanted preservatives being added to formulations. Jasmi Bonné, founder of bespoke Danish skincare brand NUORI, set out to make a collection that challenged this notion. “NUORI was born from the ambition to bring the ideal of freshness into skincare. This ambition sets the bar for all aspects of our concept,” Jasmi explains. Small batches of natural, preservative-free NUORI are whipped up every 12 weeks in Denmark and then are packaged in premium packaging to reduce exposure to light, air and bacteria. To ensure the efficacy of the active ingredients, each product is then stamped with a start-using-by date and expiry date. “Fresh skincare makes sense the same way fresh food does–it’s more nourishing and has less additives,” says Jasmi.

NUORI is available exclusively at WORLD now.

Ellery teams with Specsavers to launch new eyewear line

Up until now, a trip across the ditch or further afield was necessary for Kiwis to get their hands on luxe womenswear label, ELLERY. Much to our delight, Aussie designer Kym Ellery, has teamed with Specsavers to create a range of ELLERY eyewear that is available within our shores.  The collection features 14 optical glasses and six prescriptions sunglasses and the best part is they all come with a not-so-hefty price tag – the collection starts at $299 – without sacrificing the sophisticated style Kym Ellery is known for. Take a look at three of our favourite pairs from the collection below.

The ELLERY collection is exclusive to Specsavers and is available in-store nationwide now.  28 July, the collection includes 14 optical glasses and six prescription sunglasses.
