What you eat can have as much impact on your skin as the products you put onto it. Here, holistic health and fasting expert Tyler Tolman shares his favourite recipes for healthy beauty.
2 carrots, 3 apples, 1/2 beet, 1/2 lemon, 1/2 knob of ginger, 1 glass of coconut water
Blend on high until all ingredients are juiced and smooth.

150 gms cacao paste, liquid, or cacao mass
1 cup soaked cashews
1 teaspoon vanilla seeds
1/2 cup coconut sugar (more if you want it sweeter)
1 young Thai coconut flesh
1/2 cup coconut water (you can use more to make it easier for the blade go around in the blender)
Pinch of salt
Combine all ingredients in your Vitamix and blend on high until completely smooth and creamy. Transfer into small glasses, filling up halfway. Pop into the fridge to cool down, add some beautiful berries on top, and serve.
Makes 6-8 servings depending on the size of your glasses, or you can pop this into a nice dish and top it with berries.
