Australia’s favourite cook, Maggie Beer, is hosting a special night of food and entertainment at one of the Barossa Valley’s legendary sites. Curated by Maggie herself, the evening invites attendees to enjoy a delicious menu including freshly shucked oysters and carefully-matched wines as they mingle with Maggie and her team. Maggie’s daughter Elli, the driving force behind the renovated Farm Eatery & Experience Centre, will assist in preparing the six-course journey alongside her experienced chef Tim Bourke. Intricate dishes such as quail eggs, ceviche, wine grapes baked into fresh bread, and local hare with dark chocolate in hand-rolled pappardelle are sure to delight the senses.
