Valentine’s Day is the perfect time to show someone just how much you love them. Sure, you can buy flowers and candy or send a card, but why not try something different and serve up a Valentine’s-inspired cocktail?
30ml silver tequila
30ml cream
30ml white crème de cacao
15ml Chambord
White chocolate
Method:
Finely grate the white chocolate onto a small plate. Put a small amount of crème de cacao onto a small plate. Dip the rim/lip of the glass into the crème de cacao, then into the grated chocolate to form a chocolate crust around the rim of the glass.
In a shaker half filled with ice add the tequila, cream, crème de cacao and Chambord, shake and count to 10. Strain the cocktail into the glass.

Garnish:
Chocolate on the rim of the glass
Tips:
1 Any leftover grated chocolate could be sprinkled on top of the cocktail.
2 The finer the chocolate is grated the more it will stick to the glass.
3 This cocktail could also be served in a Margareta style glass.
