The third installment of Meatstock Auckland promises the very meatiest names in American-style barbecue, with a uniquely Kiwi influence.
You’re invited to come along to Meatstock Auckland where Barbecue Queen, Jess Pryles will be autographing her book Hardcore Carnivore at the Dallas and Fort Worth stand each day of the festival. Located right next to the mechanical bull arena.
During this two-day event, 50 teams from across the country will battle it out during the NZ barbecue wars for $8000 in cash and prizes, and to be crowned the best barbecuers in the land. Twenty butchers will also go head-to-head to win NZ’s best butcher honour.
“I love being part of this foodie favourite event! Better yet, being a judge at Meatstock Auckland really gives me the opportunity to become fully immersed in the NZ barbecue scene. It’s exciting to see teams bring their own flavours and rubs to the table – I can’t wait to see what NZ serves up this year!” says Pryles.
