The young Princess Estelle of Sweden, six-year-old daughter of Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel, had a big milestone Tuesday: her first day of school.
The Crown Princess and her husband escorted Princess Estelle to Campus Manilla in Stockholm. They walked her to a red-and-yellow tram, which took her off to school with classmates and a teacher. Reports are that the six-year-old appeared to fit right in with her new classmates.

Estelle, who is next in line for the throne after her mother, is starting at a preschool class there this year. “It’s a decision the Crown Princess couple has taken,” royal spokesperson Margareta Thorgren told Expressen in May. “Nobody in the royal family has gone there before, it’s a relatively new school.”
According to The Local Sweden, Campus Manilla is a charter school funded by the Swedish government, but has become a “go-to school for Stockholm’s super-rich.”
In photos released by the family’s official Instagram page, she looked eager to learn seated at her desk among her classmates, and she happily looked over some learning materials.

These images come just one day after the Swedish royal family shared adorable photos of their summer break at Solliden Palace in Öland — which included pony rides, nature walks and boat rides.
