Ormaie is a French haute perfumery house that creates scents with the finest raw materials and surprising, unique note blends.
It was created by Marie-Lise Jonak and her son Baptiste Bouygues, as the pair looked to collaborate by combining their passions and those of generations of their family before them.
While Marie-Lise is a seasoned perfumer and had been a fragrance consultant for luxury brands before staring Ormaie back in 2018, Baptiste previously worked in communications at luxury maisons including Louis Vuitton and Givenchy.

His grandfather was a sculptor and grandmother was a lover of flowers, and these family passions are recognised in different ways within the range that is said to play on emotions and memories.
The collection of sculptural, art-inspired bottles with hand-carved wooden caps are what initially grabs you, but the scents inside are equally head-turning.
The perfumes are made with natural ingredients rather than synthetics, and encompass a range of moods, from sultry, rich and woody to carefree and light.

What to try first? Chypre Floral Yvonne, the ultimate in classic French chic, with notes of rose, plum and peach, on a soft warm and familiar base. It is an homage to the founder’s grandmother.
Tableau Parisien is sensual, sophisticated and a little bit smoky, and was developed to capture the feeling of arriving in Paris.
Summery Citrus floral called 28° is a scent that captures a walk in the South of France. A very solar scent infused with white flowers and monoi.
