Duchess Meghan of Sussex has been seen for the first time in public since the release of her personal letter to her father, and looked ever so glamorous.
Amidst a whole number of new stories surrounding her – anonymous friends speaking out and her father leaking a personal letter she wrote, as the Daily Mail put it, the Duchess looked “the picture of elegance” on Tuesday night at the National History Museum in London.
The Duchess, who is expecting her first child in April, opted for a custom cream roll-neck dress by Calvin Klein and a coat by royal favourite Amanda Wakeley as she joined Prince Harry to watch a play about Charles Darwin, The Wider Earth.
The play is being put on in support of the Queen’s Commonwealth Trust, with official charitable partner the Commonwealth Canopy, an organisation dedicated to conserving forests in Commonwealth countries.
According to the Daily Mail, they met with donors and children, and saw several other exhibits on display. The couple also, as can be seen on the Palace’s Twitter feed, received their tickets from a tortoise puppet.
