Get your friends together and head to Rooftop at QT Auckland for an exquisite Perrier-Jouët champagne pop-up. Transforming the rooftop bar into a whimsical garden, the ‘Flora & Fizz’ pop-up invites guests to enjoy two bespoke tasting experiences.
‘The Enchanted Discoveries’ ($105 pp) serves fives tastings, including Perrier-Jouët’s special Belle Epoque and Belle Epoque Rosé, while the smaller selection ‘The Taste of Nature’ ($49 pp) offers three champagnes from Perrier-Jouët’s Blason collection.
Made to match the exquisite tipples are a range of delicious canapés from Sean Connolly, QT Auckland’s Creative Director of Food & Beverage. Some of the indulgent bites include scampi crudo with chilli and lime, crayfish rolls and Mt Cook salmon caviar cannoli with ricotta.
The Flora & Fizz pop-up is also serving up bespoke cocktails from Rooftop at QT’s resident mixologists, oyster specials and live DJ tunes.
