Martin Benn’s Sepia restaurant in Sydney’s CBD took home the night’s biggest accolade, winning Restaurant of the Year, while Benn’s wife and business partner Vicki Wild received the Service Excellence Award.
It’s the biggest notch in an ever-expanding belt of accolades, with Benn also named the hottest chef in the Weekend Australian Magazine’s 50 Hot Restaurants in Australia guide and chef of the year in the Gourmet Traveller Awards. Read our interview with Martin Benn here.
