Ginger Spritzer

Ginger Spritzer recipe, brought to you by MiNDFOOD.

This deliciously refreshing cocktail is great for a warm summer evening. Make sure you have plenty of ice on hand when making cocktails or mocktails and serve in chilled glasses, for an elegant touch.

Serves 6

1 cup Stone’s Green
 Ginger Wine

2 large oranges

2 large lemons

2 cups ice

750ml ginger beer or
 ginger ale

mint leaves, to garnish

Pour ginger wine into 
a large jug. Juice 1 orange and 1 lemon. You will need ½ cup orange juice and ⅓ cup 
lemon juice. Add the juice to the ginger wine and stir. Thinly slice remaining orange and lemon. Add slices to jug with ice. Add ginger beer. Stir until well mixed and garnish with a mint leaf to serve.
