MiNDFOOD's Carolyn Enting spends the day with chef Sean Connolly, making passatta with tomato growers from his brand new restaurant, Gusto at the Grand.
Chef Sean Connolly of The Grill is opening a second restaurant at SkyCity at the end of the month and it’s Italian. Gusto at the Grand will be located in the space that formerly housed Peter Gordon’s restaurant Dine and will be dishing up homemade pasta and passata using only the freshest and best locally sourced ingredients.
