Torta Margherita

Calories: 402

Potato starch: 250 g
White plain flour: 150 gr
Sugar: 250 g
Eggs: 6
Butter : 50 gr
Baking powder: 1 packet
Icing sugar: to taste

Melt the butter in a pan and let it cool.

Beat the eggs with the sugar until the mixture is thick and foamy. Add the sifted flour, starch and baking powder and the melted butter and mix until uniform.

Remove the paddle from the bowl.

Butter and flour the bowl and put the batter inside.

Close the lid, set the thermostat dial to position 2, press the bottom heating element button and press the on/off button. Cook the cake for 35 min.

Remove the cake from the bowl, let cool and sprinkle with icing sugar.
