Tomato, Basil & Feta Salad

Serves 4-6

8 medium tomatoes

200 grams feta cheese, crumbled

Sea salt to taste

Extra virgin olive oil

Handful fresh basil, thinly chopped

Wash and dry the tomatoes. Cut the tomatoes into thin slices and arrange them in a serving platter or bowl. Sprinkle some sea salt over the tomatoes. Scatter the crumbled feta over the tomatoes followed by the basil. Drizzle a generous amount of extra virgin olive oil over the salad to finish it off.
