Salmon baked in foil with orange

600 gr Salmon fillet 
4 Oranges 
Salt: to taste
2 Garlic cloves
Chives to taste
1 Lemon 
Olive oil lev 2

Put the freshly squeezed orange juice, lemon juice, zest from both fruits, two tablespoons of oil, salt and pepper in a bowl. Put the previously washed salmon in the bowl so that it is covered with the mixture. Let it marinate for an hour, preferably in the refrigerator.

Remove the paddle from the bowl.

When finished marinating, put a double sheet of aluminium foil on the work surface, lay the fillet inside along with some of the marinade, season with salt and chives and a few slices of orange. Close the packet.

Put the packet inside the bowl, close the lid, set the thermostat dial to position 3, press the bottom heating element button and press the on/off button.

Cook for 30 min. Open the packet, let evaporate and serve garnished with fresh orange.
