Pork and Veal Meatloaf
1kg pork and veal mince
1 small onion chopped
½ cup parsley
1 medium red capsicum, diced
¾ cup breadcrumbs
40g sachet McCORMICK Slow Cookers Mediterranean Chicken
400g can crushed tomatoes
1 Combine mince, onion, egg, parsley, capsicum and breadcrumbs in a large bowl and mix well.
2 Form mixture into a log shape that will fit in your slow cooker insert pot. Brown meatloaf in a hot pan and place into the slow cooker insert pot.
3 Mix the McCORMICK Slow Cookers recipe base with the crushed tomatoes and pour over the meat loaf.
4 Cover and cook for 4 hours on HIGH. (Keep covered during cooking. Cooking times may vary between slow cooker models)
