Both pomegranate and cranberry contain high levels of antioxidants making this refreshing punch a healthy non-alcoholic option for summer evenings.

Pomegranate and Cranberry Punch

Serves 4

Ingredients:

500ml pomegranate juice

500ml apple cranberry juice

200g fresh or frozen mixed berries

1 pomegranate, seeds

Method:

Put juices in a large jug and add berries and pomegranate seeds. Mix. Serve in tall glasses.
