Pink Gin

Pink Gin
The perfect way to drink gin this festive season!

Serves 6

100g strawberries, halved
100g raspberries
1 litre pink grapefruit juice
1 litre chilled lemonade
¼ cup lime juice
1½ cups gin
2 limes, cut into quarters
½ cup mint leaves

Divide strawberries and raspberries among two ice-cube trays. Cover with water, freeze for 4 hours or until frozen.

Combine pink grapefruit juice, lemonade, lime juice and gin in a large jug. Add fruit ice cubes, lime and mint to serve.
