Nespresso Bitter Sweet

Celebrity Chef Shannon Bennett gives us the ultimate recipe for festive indulgence.

Nespresso Bitter Sweet

Serves 1

10ml Pedro Ximenez Sherry
30ml Spiced Rum
20ml Campari
30ml Nespresso Ristretto Espresso
Orange Peel Garnish

Place all ingredients in a shaker with ice.

Shake and Double strain.

Small port or brandy glass.

Garnish with an Orange twist.
