Serves 6
3 large mangoes
3 cups icy cold nut milk
1 cup thick, Greek yoghurt
¼ cup lime or blood orange juice
2 tbsp honey
1 cup ice cubes
lime wedges, to serve
Peel mangoes. Remove flesh and roughly chop.
Place mango into a large blender with milk, yoghurt, lime or orange juice, honey and ice. Blend until a thick, smooth mixture forms.
Pour lassi into glasses and serve with lime wedges.
