Grilled Berries on Toast

40 g sourdough bread, (2 x 20g slices)  

2 Tbsp reduced-fat ricotta cheese  

3/4 cup(s) mixed berries fresh, (75g, chopped if large)  

1 tsp brown sugar

1 Preheat grill to high. Grill bread for 1–2 minutes each side or until toasted. Spread toast with ricotta and top with berries. Sprinkle with sugar.

2 Grill for 1–2 minutes or until sugar just starts to melt and berries are warmed through. Serve.
