This delicious chocolate dessert with a spicy twist will surprise dinner guests at your next party, made with Jacob's Creek Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon it's a great end to any meal.

Roasted Strawberries

This delicious chocolate dessert with a spicy twist will surprise dinner guests at your next party, made with Jacob’s Creek Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon it’s a great end to any meal.

450g strawberries

4 tablespoons dark brown sugar

½ cinnamon stick, broken

2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

30ml Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon

Bittersweet Chocolate Sauce

1 Hull the strawberries and place in a large bowl. Tip in the other ingredients and mix well.

2 Cut 4 x 10 inch squares of thick foil and divide the strawberries and any marinade between the foil sheets.

3 Scrunch together to make parcels and cook in a hot oven until soft. Serve in the foil or in a dessert bowl with a drizzle of the warm chocolate-chilli sauce.
