3 ways with garlic

Garlic is a kitchen staple enjoyed in dishes from Asia to Italy,
and it’s long been celebrated for its medicinal qualities.
Try these three classic dishes to get your fix today.

Garlic is a cooking essential whether you add it to the beginning of your soup, curry, stir-fry and stew or as a stand-alone in your marinades, dressings and sauces – no kitchen can function without it.

Many contraptions have been invented to help crush, pound, chop and slice this essential ingredient which packs a punch in flavour, carries wonderful medical properties and is so easy to grow.

We’ve pulled together our three favourite garlic dishes to get your tastebuds tingling this spring.

Garlic Prawns

A classic dish, garlic prawns are an Aussie favourite especially as the
warmer weather rolls around and prawns are in demand. This dish is
perfect for BBQ’s and events as a sharing plate, entree or even as a
quick meal. Serve with plenty of aioli and lemon wedges.
