Kale is gaining massive popularity across the globe – in fact The Huffington Post US alone has written more articles about Kale in the past couple months than in it’s history!
The green vegetable has been touted as one of the top five superfoods due to its abundance of health benefits.
Australian garden centre, Eden Gardens has also noticed this increase in interest and consumption of Kale, struggling to keep up with demand.
