Manu Fiedel on Dine at mine

Home dinner parties are all the rage – and charity Camp Quality is jumping on the bandwagon, urging home cooks to arrange a dining experience in support of children living with cancer and their families with the Dine At Mine campaign.

Dine at Mine is a major new fundraiser for the children’s cancer charity, and the concept is simple. Throughout August 2013, hosts invite family and friends to a dining experience – could be breakfast, lunch or dinner – and ask them to donate what they would’ve spent eating out to Camp Quality. All funds will help create a better life for every child living with cancer in Australia.

Our favoruite French chef Manu Fiedel is also taking time out from his busy schedule to urge Australian home cooks to get involved in Camp Quality’s Dine at Mine Campaign. Manu has kindly made time to talk to us in between his busy filming schedule and joins us for a special interview today:
