Are you tired of crumbling crusts, soggy bottoms, and failed experiments in the kitchen?

Well, worry no more, for our foolproof pastry recipe is here to transform your baking endeavours into a seamless and utterly satisfying experience.

 

3 cups plain flour

160g butter, diced, chilled

2 eggs

1 tbsp chilled water

 

1 Place flour and butter into a food processor and process until mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs.

2 Add eggs and water. Pulse until mixture forms a dough.

3 Turn onto a lightly floured surface and knead until dough comes together. Form into a 3cm-thick round disc.

4 Wrap in plastic film and refrigerate for 30 minutes or until firm.

5 Roll pastry 
out between 2 sheets of baking paper until 3mm thick.
