This smoothie recipe is packed with fresh fruit and full of immune-boosting antioxidants, vitamins and minerals.
1 cup of grapes
1 orange
½ cup of fresh pineapple, peeled
1 banana, peeled
½ carrot
1 apple cut into quarters
1 cup of ice cubes
1 Place all ingredients into Vitamix and secure lid.
2 Select Variable 1. Turn machine on and quickly increase speed to 10, then to high.
3 Blend for 1 minute or until you reach desired consistency.
