Serves 4
4 cinnamon sticks
4 star anise
1 tbsp brown sugar
40g butter, chopped
600ml boiling water
200ml brandy
Divide the cinnamon sticks, star anise, sugar and butter between four balloon glasses.
Add the hot water to the glasses and stir to combine.
Pour in the brandy and serve when the butter has melted and the drink is hot.
