No one does fashion quite like designer Henry Holland – think quirky prints, cuts and colours often seen on the backs of British It girls including Holland’s bestie, Alexa Chung. Holland’s Spring/Summer ’17 was no exception with gingham, ruffles and over-sized sequins creating quite the covetable collection for fans of the eccentric designer. The highlight of the show – which also marked the brand’s ten year anniversary – came at the closing with a serious throwback to House of Holland’s beginnings: models paraded down the runway in new takes on Holland’s iconic slogan T-shirt. The famous original catchphrases from Holland’s 2006 creations – “Get yer freak on, Giles Deacon” and “I’ll tell you who’s boss, Kate Moss” – were replaced with the likes of “I’d be sleazy for a bit of Yeezy” and “I’m yours for a tenner, Kendall Jenner.”
