High rise tents let you sleep closer to the stars
New heights for camping with suspended treetop tents

If you fancy sleeping in the treetops, Tentsile’s range of suspended tents could be the dream camping experience for you.

The environmentally friendly tent company first unveiled their portable treehouses in 2014, and have now expanded their range with three more designs.

Tentsile revealed Trillium, a small, stackable, versatile three-person hammock that sleeps up to three people, Vista, a two-layer tree tent, and the largest tent in the range, Trilogy which caters for up to six people and has three separate sleeping areas.

The invention by designers Alex Shirley-Smith and Kirk Kirchev won the 2015/2016 IPSO BrandNew award. For every tent that is purchased, the company plants three trees as part of an environmental initiative.

Certainly not the accommodation of choice if  you’re afraid of heights or have vertigo, but truly wonderful if you fancy sleeping closer to the stars.
