Adele the next star to be immortalised in comic book series
The life of British songstress, Adele, will be chronicled in a new comic book series.

She’s already has her own wax figure and won a number of prestigious awards, including an Oscar, but now, Adele can add her very own comic book series to her long list of achievements.

The colourful 23-page publication, titled ‘The Fame: Adele’ will provide fans with insight into the life and times of the 25-year-old musician.

Born Adele Laurie Blue Adkins to a single teenage mother in Tottenham, the comic depicts the star from her early days – portraying her as a big fan of the Spice Girls and having an early interest in social media.

The six-time Grammy winner who brought us hit’s like Someone Like You and Rolling in the Deep is one of a handful of music artists to become comic book heroes.

Popstars Nicki Minaj and Robbie Williams will also be featured in the ‘Fame’ series, which already includes a number of international celebrities, like Lady Gaga, Katy Perry, Robert Pattinson and Justin Bieber.

Comic Flea Market will exclusively sell print editions of the series for $3.99 in the US, but digital copies will also be made available for fans for around US$1.99.
